NotaCerdik is a fully digital service. This policy explains how delivery and returns work for our digital products.

Digital Delivery

NotaCerdik is a web-based platform and does not involve the shipping of physical goods. Upon successful subscription purchase, access to Pro features is granted immediately to your account. No physical delivery is required.

Instant Access

All paid features are activated instantly after payment confirmation. If you experience any delay in accessing your subscription features, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Returns & Cancellation

As a digital service, there are no physical returns. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase as outlined in our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Service Interruption

In the event of a prolonged service interruption caused by us, we may extend your subscription period or provide a partial refund at our discretion. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
