Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with NotaCerdik. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at iskandar@danish.my with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. Partial month usage is not eligible for prorated refunds unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
